Vintage Landing has four 1-Bedroom deluxe units, two in each of two buildings, buildings 131 and 149.

♦ These units are one level down from the street level parking area and do include approximately one flight of steps. However, they are on the ground level facing the lake and have a nice view of the Lake of the Ozarks from a protected cove. 

♦ One bedroom units have a large “Master” suite with a king size bed and a whirlpool tub in the master suite. The units also feature a living room with a sleeper-sofa and a second bathroom with a shower. All one-bedroom deluxe units have full kitchens with dishwashers, refrigerators with icemakers, ranges, microwave ovens and all necessary pots, pans, cookware, dishes and utensils needed for an enjoyable stay.

Vintage Landing has 10 two-bedroom units in two buildings, Buildings 163 and 179.

♦ Three of these units are accessible by a short walk, without any steps, from the parking area and one unit (Unit 179-2D) is designed for complete handicap accessibility.

♦ The two-bedroom unit is made up of a master suite, complete with a whirlpool tub in the suite, Living room, dining area, kitchen and screened porch.

♦ The “Lock-Out” unit is a one-room unit, creating the second bedroom when used in conjunction with the main unit. These “Lock-Out” units feature a king or queen size bed, ¾ bath with shower and a small kitchenette area featuring a small sink, an under-cabinet refrigerator, a two-burner cook top and a microwave.

♦ Many owners choose to bank their main unit as a one-bedroom unit and plan to use the “Lock-Out” unit for their own use.  

Vintage Landing has 8 three-bedroom units located in two buildings, buildings 131 and 149.

♦ As with the two-bedroom units, these three-bedroom units are comprised of a main unit and a “Lock-Out” unit.

♦ The main unit has a master suite with a spacious bathroom and whirlpool tub, a second bedroom with two twin beds; the second bathroom (accessible from the main hall or the second bedroom) a large living/dining area, a full kitchen and a large screened-in covered patio.

♦ The “Lock-Out” unit is a one-room unit, creating the third bedroom when used in conjunction with the main unit. These “Lock-Out” units feature a king size bed, full bath and a small kitchenette area featuring an under-cabinet refrigerator, and a microwave.

♦ Many owners choose to bank their main unit as a two-bedroom unit and plan to use the “Lock-Out” unit for their own use.   

Vintage Landing has eight studio units available in buildings one and two, and ten studio units available in buildings three and four.

♦ These are all one-room "efficiency" style units with approximately 320 square feet of living space, a full bathroom and a small efficiency kitchenette.

♦ In buildings one and two, the kitchenette consists of an under-cabinet refrigerator, a microwave and a small counter area contained in the large closet. The bathroom is a full bath with a tub-shower, commode and small vanity area. There is a king-sized bed and a chest of drawers.

♦ Our studio units in buildings three and four offer a slightly more expanded kitchenette with a small cabinet area, an under cabinet refrigerator, a small sink area, a microwave and a two-burner hot plate or stove top. All of our studio units are equipped with coffee makers and toasters.

♦ Each studio unit represents the "Lock-Off "portion of a two or three bedroom unit. These are typically reserved for an owner who "Banks" the main portion of their unit and wants to retain use of the "Lock-Off". Guests considering reserving a studio unit should give consideration to the limited unit amenities available.

♦ The studio units do not have a lake view.
