Two Bedroom Unit Description


Typical kitchen/dinning area

Vintage Landing has 10 two-bedroom units in two buildings, Buildings 163 and 179.

♦ Three of these units are accessible by a short walk, without any steps, from the parking area and one unit (Unit 179-2D) is designed for complete handicap accessibility.

♦ The two-bedroom unit is made up of a master suite, complete with a whirlpool tub in the suite, Living room, dining area, kitchen and screened porch.

♦ The “Lock-Out” unit is a one-room unit, creating the second bedroom when used in conjunction with the main unit. These “Lock-Out” units feature a king or queen size bed, ¾ bath with shower and a small kitchenette area featuring a small sink, an under-cabinet refrigerator, a two-burner cook top and a microwave.

♦ Many owners choose to bank their main unit as a one-bedroom unit and plan to use the “Lock-Out” unit for their own use.
  


Wireless Internet is now available at Vintage Landing in all buildings and in all units.
