applied at the time of booking
*There will be a $25.00 surcharge per night for
holiday stays 3 nights or less
ie: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas and New Years Eve
*Additional charges for mid-week cleaning
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation charges are as follows:
30-Day notice or more: No charge (except for $25.00 booking fee)
15-30 Day notice: 1/2 the total rent and tax due
15 Day or less notice: full amount of rent and tax due
